Acceptable Use Policy

1. What this covers

mouroam sells mobile-data eSIMs and VPN access — both are for legitimate connectivity and privacy use. This policy explains what you can’t use them for, and what happens if you do.

2. Not permitted

Using mouroam’s eSIM or VPN service to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud, account abuse, or fake-account creation.
• Bypass, circumvent, or interfere with a third party’s verification, security, or anti-abuse systems.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or malicious traffic of any kind.
• Attempt to compromise, scan, or attack another network, service, or account you don’t own or have explicit permission to test.
• Violate any applicable law, or any third-party terms of service you interact with while using mouroam.
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to a purchased eSIM or VPN plan with people outside your own use, without our prior written permission.

3. Abuse reports

We take abuse reports from third parties (network operators, other services, security researchers) seriously and investigate every one we receive. Confirmed violations result in account suspension or termination, at our discretion, without a refund of any remaining balance tied to the violation.

4. Fair use

Automated or scripted use that places unreasonable load on the service, or attempts to circumvent rate limits, is not permitted. Ordinary personal or small-team use of eSIM and VPN plans is exactly what this service is for.

5. Enforcement

We can suspend or close an account for violating this policy, the Terms of Service, or a supplier’s own terms (SMSPool, VPNResellers). Where reasonably possible we’ll tell you why; in cases involving active abuse or a legal request, we may act first and explain after.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
