mouroam is a prepaid marketplace for connectivity and online services. You top up a wallet balance once, then spend it across the catalog — there are no subscriptions and no minimum commitment, and you pay only for what you actually use.
We sell travel eSIMs with a real phone number, VPN access, social growth services, ready-made social and email accounts, and mobile proxies. A reseller API makes the same catalog available to businesses under their own branding and prices.
We are not a mobile network, a VPN operator or a social platform. Each product is sourced from a specialist upstream supplier and resold on our own balance and support: eSIMs through PikaSim, VPN access through VPNResellers, growth services through Boostero, and accounts and proxies through AccsZone.
We think that is worth stating openly rather than implying we own infrastructure we do not. What we are responsible for is the wallet, the pricing, the refunds when a supplier fails, and the conduct of accounts on this platform.
Your balance is an append-only ledger. Every top-up, purchase and refund is a separate recorded entry, and a balance is always recomputed from that history rather than stored as a single number that could drift.
Every price is calculated on our server from live supplier pricing — never sent up from your browser — and the price you are shown at confirmation is the price you pay. When a supplier fails to deliver, the refund is automatic and goes back to your wallet; you do not have to ask.
Some of what we sell can be misused. We would rather be direct about that than pretend otherwise. Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits fraud, phishing, impersonation, spam, bulk fake-account creation and circumventing other services’ security controls, and we enforce it: accounts that break it are limited, suspended or terminated.
We accept abuse reports from anyone — including network operators, other services, registrars and reputation providers — and we act on them. If something we sell was used against you, tell us.
mouroam is a small, independently operated business. We serve customers primarily in Cameroon and accept mobile-money payments through Fapshi, alongside card and cryptocurrency.
